Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: 2–5 business days
All orders are carefully prepared before shipment. Our specialized team personally inspects each item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Jerusalem time) will be processed the next business day.
Blessing Service: Additional 1–2 business days
If you have selected our Stone of Anointing blessing service, please allow extra time for this sacred process to be completed.
Holidays and Weekends: Processing times exclude weekends, Israeli holidays, and Christian holy days when our stores are closed.
Available Shipping Services
Express Services - the customer can select one of two options:
- Express Mail Service: 6–12 business days
- ECO-POST/Registered Airmail: 14-21 days
The number of days above varies between countries and destinations, but usually the delivery happen within the given range. Also, note that we ship inside Israel only via Registered mail, which takes around 6 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Any additional services requested
Free Shipping Threshold: This varies based on special offers. You can check the current threshold during the checkout process.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Insurance Coverage
Standard Coverage: No insurance is included with the shipment.
Optional Insurance: Available upon request for high-value orders:
- Customer pays insurance premium
- We will provide a quote for additional insurance coverage upon request
- Recommended for orders over $500 or containing particularly valuable items
- Must be requested before shipment and may delay delivery time (expected delay 2–3 days)

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. Please note:

- Tracking Limitations: Tracking updates may be limited for Sea/Land Mail shipments, especially during international transit.

- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: If delivery cannot be completed, packages will typically be held at your local post office for pickup.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package has not arrived, or within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged.
- Investigation Process: We will work with our shipping partners to investigate any lost or damaged shipments.
- Resolution: Depending on the circumstances and insurance coverage, we will either replace the item(s) or provide a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
